Our world is changing. Some say nothing will be as it was before - while this can trigger fear in us, change doesn't have to be a scary or painful process! If you look at the struggle behind adjusting to inner and outer changes you will find that it's just our ego reacting out of fear of not being in control. Embracing change means we understand that most of our struggles come from our ego’s inertia trying to keep the illusion intact that the world is 'safe' and 'controllable.'
Every time you challenge your ego your energy is forced to shift, rearrange, realign and adjust. A common self-reflection practice in active consciousness and spiritual healing work is to seek opportunities to call out and overcome our ego!
Transcending Ego is nothing but learning how to overcome inner energetic dissonances. An energetic dissonance is an imbalance or block that prevents our energy from being properly metabolized, in other words, areas in our energy body where our energy flow is stuck, misguided, or cut off. They can reflect in mental, emotional, physical and spiritual imbalances or even dis-eases.
Most inner dissonances are retracted from collective human conditioning, Karmic Propensities, False Self projections, and Ego Illusions. Others can be the result of etheric attacks, inner fragmentation or collective energy shifts as we are experiencing right now in increased intensity . The common cause of inner energetic dissonance is however the lack of inner heart connection (often created through being in the mind too much).
The less our energy is stuck, the better the flow, the greater your life force and joy of living! Just like every cell in our physical body is pretty much completely rebuilt and renewed cell by cell (with a few exceptions) within 12 months, our entire energetic body recodes and rebuilds itself constantly – just a lot faster, if we know how to do it!
The fastest way to make changes or self-corrections in our lives is to align ourselves to Truth. Based on the understanding that everything is energy, we can learn to allow everything to be a mirror reflection of our inner energy – our kids, our partners, our job, our pets, our house, our car, our friendships, everything! Do these reflect who you truly are? What do they reflect: Love or Negligence? Radiance or Numbness? Judgment or Compassion? Expansion or Contraction? Entropy or syntropy? If you can manage to allow a fearless and honest inner reflection – total truth – you will be offered a choice: You can leave things the way they are or we can make corrections as you go.
Actively facilitating energetic self-reflection and energetic adjustments calls our energy to renew itself and functions like cross training for our energetic immune system. However, with the emphasis being on ‘active’, it is important to understand that transcending our ego is most powerful when voluntarily chosen.
Having a choice is the result of living according to our own virtue and sovereignty.
Reading, talking, constantly asking or philosophizing without following through and walking the talk doesn’t transcend ego, it promotes it! Spreading wise phrases on the one hand and acting self-indulging and projecting specialness on the other is an expression of our ego’s importance. It cements our illusion of control and keeps us imprisoned in our collective unconscious. Nothing is transcended or changed through advertising or holding on to illusions. It increases our energetic plaque and prevents the flow of love and light in our life.
The main objective in self-healing work is consciously experiencing a reflection of our own energetic system, so that dissonant energies can be actively addressed. By honestly looking at our entire energy body we can learn to identify areas or aspects of lower/slower vibration. Active Self-Reflection empowers us to deal with inner aspects through developing self-understanding, compassion and self-forgiveness.
We can begin our deeper self-reflection process by connecting within and allowing our intuition to pinpoint our main resistances and then go form there. Wherever we feel the most energetic, emotional or mental charge we go deeper.
In deeper self-reflection then, in which we connect with the healing energy of our heart-center, we learn to silence our mind (through regular meditation or energy work sessions for example) and learn to shift our perception from inner dissonance to resonance. We connect with our True Self and thus strengthen our inner light to illuminate truth. Viewing our inner disharmonies from the heart’s rather than the ego’s perspective allows us to realize that all our previously discovered or revisited inner dissonant aspects, Shadow for example, can be transformed and healed!
The following 7 Stages of Self-Reflection are not to be understood as sequential steps, but rather cycles, in which we dedicate our intention to a specific healing as needed:
Do I feel connected? How do I feel? What can trigger my lower states? What am I aligned to?
2. Connecting Within
Am I able to truly connect with my True Self and Others? What is in the way? Fears, Judgment, Programs, Emotional and Mental beliefs?

With the focus on truthful
self-reflection we will notice the centered position of Self-Clearing. It marks our intention to take full responsibility for your energy and teaches us to independently address aspects as they arise. This is of significance, as Self-Clearing will become one of our major tools on our inner journey.
Yes, the process of self-reflection also involves facing hidden or darker inner aspects! But we can also see this as part of educating ourselves about ourselves. We fear what we don't know. So, the more we learn about our own energy, triggers and attachments, the less frightening it will become to face it!
Fear, anger and pride are very common when engaging in active self-reflection. If your ego reacted a bit while reading this and you still continued, you just experienced what transcendencing ego feels like!
While most of our hidden aspects are unknown or unidentifiable for us in the beginning, our ego still reacts to dissonances. This is normal. Ideally, we learn to observe our inner dissonances from the standpoint of how they affect our energy bodies rather than something to avoid. With our dedication to face our ego it becomes easier and less of a struggle! This is the secret of transcending one’s ego.
Symptoms of Energy Shifts

As we are heading into the Age of Aquarius, new energies are encompassing our bodies and are reflected in various physiological symptoms. Within this transition of the ages, many people will begin to feel many of these energy shift symptoms on a regular basis as our bodies are adjusting and upgrading to the higher frequencies.
HEADACHES: When the crown chakra opens or expands it can be an intense and painful experience. It might feel like a spike or rod is being inserted. Headaches are common and they can range from migraines, to cluster headaches. Women seem to experience them more than men. They can be caused by too much energy flowing through the crown chakra, and by hormonal changes which occurs when the chakras are stimulated. Sometimes the pain can be eased by asking Spirit and your Higher Self to make an adjustment in the energy flow. When you ask for aid to ease the pain and it is part of the process that is opening and expanding your pineal or pituitary gland, the pain will only lessen. As your vibrational rate increases, the pineal and the pituitary glands expand to accommodate the higher energy frequencies. Other glands change also, but these two are the major ones that contribute to headaches. This can last a few months, or a few years depending on what level of spiritual development that you are at and your rate of growth.
FLU LIKE SYMPTOMS:
This is quite common and part of the process. Just ride it out and don’t take antibiotics which will only prolong the process. These symptoms are caused by the physical body reaction to the toxins that are released when the chakras begin to expand. What ever was constricting or congesting the chakras is flushed through the blood. Also new beliefs and paradigms are enacted the imprinted consciousness in the blood becomes toxic to the physical system because it does not support the new thoughts and contributes to confusion. It is helpful to supplement the body with blood fortifying enzymes, herbs and essential oils to ease the symptoms. Hot lemon drinks will also help cleanse the body. Don’t work too much during this time, because you are going through a major shift in vibration. Try and take it easy, and it will pass.
NAUSEA, LOOSE BOWEL MOVEMENTS, DIARRHEA:
This is a common reaction when the solar plexus chakra opens and releases the stored fear, anger and resentment held in the area. Karmic and family issues will produce gas and farting. The Bach Flower Rescue Remedy (embedded in link below) can ease these symptoms. Don’t be afraid to take it every 30 minutes if necessary.
MUSCLE ACHES AND JOINT PAIN:
Increasing your vibration forces the energy through the body. When there are blockages impeding the energy flow this raised and forced energy slams into them causing these symptoms and ails. Often this is alleviated by asking for assistance from the Higher Self to adjust the flow to ease the pain. The body can quickly adjust to the higher vibration in a few moments, hours, or days.
A very common symptom caused by an increased rate of vibration. This higher frequency forces any illnesses, viruses, or infections hiding in the body to surface. To discover the root-cause contributing to this state examine your beliefs and decisions that are creating your reality. It is also important to monitor your internal dialogue to learn what you are creating for yourself. Observing and realizing the state you are experiencing is not cause by the present allows it to quickly pass. The herb “St. Johns Wart" (embedded in original link below) eases depression and is anti-viral too.
CRYING FOR NO REASON, FEELING EMOTIONALLY VULNERABLE:
When blockages from this lifetime, and other lifetimes began to release the emotional body will react in this manner. The Photon Belt energy stimulates and contributes to the spontaneous release of these burdens. Trying to control or resists these urges further represses and blocks the energy making things more difficult. Crying, moaning, sobbing or toning becomes a cleansing release. Use a Bach flower remedy (embedded in link below) or an essential oil to help with the emotional body.
FLUTTERING, PAIN IN THE HEART AREA, OR BREATHING PROBLEMS:
This is a symptom experienced when the heart chakra begins to open or enlarge to receive more energy. Pain sensations in the heart and not being able to breath can be very frightening because you may think you are having a heart attack. The above symptoms are caused by the expansion of energy running through your solar plexus and heart chakra (heart and stomach area). The best solution is to relax which will adjust the energy flow. Anxiety and fear only constricts the energy thus, causing a more severe reaction. This is a normal experience when undergoing a frequency increase.
HOT FLASHES AND NIGHT AND DAY SWEATS:
These are commonly experienced by both men and women. This is due to energy flowing too quickly through the body, hormonal changes, which men have too, and the body learning to adjust to the higher vibratory rate. Some men might experience fat being stored in this area which might feel like they are growing breasts. If you are a man don’t be concerned about this, because this puffiness in the chest area will only last for a short while.
Waking in the morning and struggle to get out of bed after a full night of sleep, or falling asleep in the middle of the afternoon is common. This is caused when the energy is shifting throughout the whole spiritual body. This will pass in time, each person has a different time frame for some it can be weeks, for others months, for others years. If you can create a pyramid structure (embedded in link below) to sit under this will give you wonderful boosts of energy when you are lacking it. Drink lots of pure water to hydrate the cells, add crystals to energize the water. Eat light meals with organic veggies. Doing light physical exercise will stimulate the energy flow through the body. Bach remedies, flower essences and essential oils will also help the transition.
You go early to bed, exhausted, but in a couple of hours you are wide. This is caused by the Photon Belt energy accumulating around you, because the body’s inability to store the energy because it is blocked and congested. It is important not to get up and be active because the energy is for healing all the subtle bodies spiritual, mental, emotional and physical, the best way to assimilate the energy is to quietly sit and read, watch TV, or listen to meditation tapes to help you go back to sleep. This might seem to occur nightly for some time.
This is a very common complaint. The body feels like it is being invaded so it adds a layer of protection. If you are a Lightworker than additional water is needed to create energy. If you don’t have enough water the body will store water, which ultimately leads to stagnation. Another major factor is that with the activation of new DNA fat is needed to hold the vibration. Body fat holds a higher vibration which is necessary to generate healing and channeling energy. Many of you also have agreed to anchor grids of light in the areas surrounding where you live. Anchoring these grids require body fat to help hold the energy. Body fat serves a very loving purpose as it allows embodiments to assist mother earth in holding her vibration. In becoming crystalline, the body fat is evenly distributed around every cell within the embodiment. This allows the entire body to act as a tuning fork to hold a new vibration.
LOSING YOUR MEMORY OR FEELING SPACEY:
This can be a frightening experience because you cannot remember what you had for dinner, and dinner was only an hour away. YOU ARE NOT LOSING YOUR MEMORY. You are changing over from left brain function to more of a right brain function. Areas of the brain are being activated to cope with the higher energy coming in. Sometimes it is hard to speak, words come out jumbled or garbled, this situation will pass, there is no time limit on this.
As you open up to the higher vibration, you will find yourself becoming extremely sensitive to people, noises, light, smells, tastes, all sorts of things. This can affect the central nervous system and can be quite a difficult thing to cope with. You do need to take B vitamins and a multi vitamin if this is happening to you. If you are allergic to these vitamins then look for a homeopathic remedy or a Bach flower remedy for extreme sensitivity.
BLOWING LIGHT BULBS AND ELECTRONICS:
If this is happening to you, then you are really reaching a very high vibratory rate and will probably be a profound healer or channel for spirit. It is due to extremely high energy coming into the physical form. It could be described as 50,000 volts of electricity coming in at once, not only can the body not cope, but it goes through the body and out again and as it does so it affects all electronic equipment.
You will find that dogs and cats and other animals will become aware of your energy and be frightened of it or want to be around it all the time. Many animals can’t get enough of the energy. Others are somewhat frightened because they do not understand it.
As you vibrate higher, you will find that you no longer want the things that you used to. Coffee, tea and meat are just three of the dietary changes that people make as they begin to vibrate faster. Meat is especially dense and can really affect the body’s energy, especially if it has hormones in it. You may develop cravings for certain foods, or go off your favorite foods. This is normal and a part of the change to the higher vibration. If you find this happening, then let it happen and explore the new possibilities.
Also, the changes to our physiological make-up are currently speeding up and there are many temporary physical symptoms that are occurring in our bodies as a consequence of this.
Some of these are:
* Flu-like symptoms.
* High temperatures, sweating, aching bones and joints etc, but which do not respond to antibiotics.
* Migraine headaches with severe pain that is not relieved with pain killers.
* Occasional diarrhea.
* Occasional runny nose and sneezing which lasts 24 hours and is not a cold or hay fever.
* Ringing in the ears.
* Heart palpitations.
* Feeling the whole body vibrate, especially at night when one is in a relaxed state.
* Intense muscular spasms and pain in one or more areas of the body.
* Tingling in arms, hands, legs or feet.
* Temporary loss of muscular power in the body caused by changes to the circulatory system.
* Occasional breathing difficulties, and/or noticing stronger or louder breathing when in a relaxed state.
* Immune system changes.
* Tenderness in the breasts and/or genitals.
* Lymphatic system changes.
* Changes to skin tone and color.
* Feeling tired or exhausted from minor exertion.
* Wanting to sleep longer and more often than usual.
* Toe nails and hair growing quicker than usual.
* Bouts of depression for no real reason.
* Finding that one is delving into the past, looking at relationships and gaining clarity on personal issues.
* Feeling one is doing a huge purge.
* Tension, anxiety and high stress levels because one feels that something is going on but one doesn’t know what it is.
Some of these symptoms are being felt by a great many people. Many are rushing off in panic to their doctor, chiropractor, herbalist and so on and usually told that there is nothing really wrong with them. And this is the truth. For all these symptoms are just temporary and simply indicate that the above mentioned physiological changes are occurring. Some of the recommended relief remedies for the above are:
Go with the flow, don’t fight it. If you feel tired and exhausted, rest and get plenty of sleep. Drink plenty of water for you are detoxifying and dehydrating quicker than usual. To relieve emotional tension and stress levels take Valerian (embedded in link below) relieves stress on the lymphatic system and helps the detoxification. To relieve muscle spasm take Valerian and try mud baths or a long hot soak in a bath into which you add a cup of Epsom salts.
Do this daily. Recognize that even if you are having heart palpitations or breathing difficulties that it is the heart chakra or the throat chakra that is unblocking and that the symptoms are temporary. You aren’t dying, just changing!
However, don’t just take my word for it. Seek medical guidance if you are unsure. If you don’t know where to get Valerian or Fenugreek try a health food store or better still, simply say the name in your head when you need relief. All healing energies are transmitted via the sound of the name and are just as effective said in the mind as aloud or as in physically taking them. Try it and see. Ask your angel guides or higher self to help relieve any pain. Most symptoms seem to last a couple of weeks, then clear up. Some symptoms may reoccur from time to time.
These changes are not necessarily being experienced by everyone concurrently, for instance, a very small percentage of adults have already embodied a further 2 strands of DNA (as at 2001) and are now beginning to move into fourth dimensional awareness. This physical change in our state of being is completely dependent upon our current level of consciousness, therefore, as we lift our perceptions to embrace ever increasing levels of truth and higher thought, so we embody further strands of DNA. This entire process is managed by our I AM presence or higher self, so we are in extremely capable and loving hands, and must therefore, learn to surrender to it.

"It is easy to laugh when we feel good, but it is when the world appears dim that we most need laughter in our lives.
As children, we laugh hundreds of times each day, delighted by the newness of living. When we reach adulthood, however, we tend to not allow ourselves to let go in a good belly laugh. Inviting laughter back into our lives is simply a matter of making the conscious decision to laugh. Though most of us are incited to laugh only when exposed to humor or the unexpected, each of us is capable of laughing at will. A laugh that comes from the belly carries with it the same positive effects whether prompted by a funny joke or consciously willed into existence. When our laughter comes from the core of our being, it permeates every cell in our physical selves, beginning in the center and radiating outward, until we are not merely belly laughing but rather body laughing.
Laughter has been a part of the human mode of expression since before evolution granted us the art of speech. Through it, we connected with allies while demonstrating our connection with people we didn't know. In the present, laughter allows us to enjoy positive shared experiences with strangers and loved ones alike. Yet solitary laughter carries with it its own slew of benefits. An energetic and enthusiastic bout of whole-body laughter exercises the muscles, the lungs, and the mind in equal measure, leaving us feeling relaxed and content. When we laugh heartily at life's ridiculousness instead of responding irritably, our focus shifts. Anger, stress, guilt, and sadness no longer wield any influence over us, and we are empowered to make light of what we originally feared. Laughter also opens our hearts, letting love and light in, changing our perspective, and enabling us to fix our attention on what is positive in our lives.
It is easy to laugh when we feel good, but it is when the world appears dim that we most need laughter in our lives. Our laughter then resonates through our hearts, filling the empty spaces with pure, unadulterated joy. We regain our footing in the moment and remember that no sorrow is powerful enough to rob us of our inborn happiness. When we understand that uninhibited laughter is the food of the soul, nourishing us from within, we know instinctively that life is worthwhile.

A couple of days ago I met a sweet little two year old. He was fussy and wiggly.. it appeared that no matter what position he shifted into, it just wasn't working for him. His big blue eyes told a story, "I don't feel good." His little hands tugging on his left ear to right ear and across his little eyes and with his balled up fist pushing and smashing his nose in that sweetest two year old not quite coordinated all the way movement and back around again. I asked the little one if I could help him out and if he was comfortable with my hand by his ear, his huge blue eyes staring into mine spoke "yes, please, and now!" As I put the palm of my hand towards his precious little left ear he lifted his towards his right ear.. his little hand moved with mine oppose sides of his head and within a few moments the pain was gone his whole body began to relax as he shifted from struggle into relief. It was such a sweet experience.
I am always amazed at how innately children direct us to what they need, what' may be wrong or where they hurt and why they don't feel so well, as opportunities have presented them self to be apart of co-create healing with little ones I am even more in awe at their response and how open they are to receive and how quickly they shift into being well.

The voice of fear is incredibly predictable. Although there are endless variations on the theme, in one way or another it always says, "Play small and be safe." But one of the things I'm most passionate about is this: Feeling confident and safe to create a life we love is not about getting rid of our fears. They are an integral part of our human operating system. It's human nature to be afraid. Most often we're afraid of being hurt and feeling unloved. It is a part of our make-up to be afraid of the unknown; to be afraid of the future. And yet we don't have to allow these fears to keep us repeating the same patterns and making the same choices over and over again. We can stop, turn toward them, and look more deeply. When we meet them head-on, they no longer have the power. We do.
What is underneath your fear? What's deeper than the fears you tend to consciously focus on? Is it fear of being vulnerable, or fear of surpassing someone you love by succeeding in your own life? Perhaps it's fear of being abandoned or rejected? When we look deeply, we see that the real problem isn't that we get rejected (or abandoned, hurt or humiliated) by others. The problem is what we do to ourselves when we get rejected. The problem is what we say to ourselves. The sharper pain comes from what we make it mean about us when these things happen. We are much harder on ourselves than life is. But that can change, right here and right now.
A recipe for feeling safe in the face of fear:
1. Consider what would be possible in your life if you quietly proclaimed, "I will love myself no matter what others say or do. I will care for myself no matter what happens." Imagine how safe you could feel with that level of commitment, tenderness and compassion for yourself.
2. When making a decision and preparing to take action, remember to ask yourself: Is this an act of faith, or is it an act of fear? Standing on an internal platform of faith allows a deep sense of safety to blossom, trust to grow and courage to expand. As you practice loving your insecurities and having faith in the universe, bigger possibilities open up, miracles happen, and before you know it, you're living the best year of your life!

Using your body as a pendulum is another tool you can use to access your higher wisdom.
Learning to trust our intuition is something that can connect us with our higher selves. Sometimes it might not seem easy to do this. Our thoughts and minds often get in the way. But by accessing our innermost self, we will find that the information we receive is usually what we truly need at that moment. One of the techniques that allows us to really get in touch with our deepest font of wisdom is using our body as a pendulum. The simple act of letting our physical being lead us in a certain direction can offer us extremely deep insights and help us find the answers we seek.
Many of us may have tried using a pendulum or crystal on a chain as a dousing tool to acquire the information we need to make decisions or even find lost objects. Using our bodies puts us much more closely in tune with our being. The process of using your body as a pendulum is to ask your higher self a question and wait for your body to respond in either a forward-tilting or backward-tilting motion. The first step is to really understand how our higher self communicates with us by centering our bodies, asking ourselves the directions for "yes" and "no," and noting which way our body moves. For a lot of people a forward motion is "yes," and your body tilting backward is a "no" answer. It is easier to start with simple questions at first to understand how our higher self communicates with us. As we become more used to the messages we receive and how we process them, we can start asking for more specific things such as what dosage of herbs to take or which foods would best nourish our bodies. Using this technique in the grocery store or when shopping for vitamins and remedies can be extremely helpful.
Since we are always present in our bodies, understanding how we can use our bodies as pendulums is a tool we can use at any given moment in our lives. Letting our bodies tell us what is happening inside of us will in turn help to guide us through not just daily but also major life decisions. The more we allow our bodies to open up and share with us the connection it has with our deeper self, the better able we will be to truly access the knowledge we hold so deeply within.

Many of us do not take the time to notice and acknowledge how beautiful we are as humans. We may be great lovers of beauty, seeing it in the people, places, and things around us, while completely missing it in ourselves. Some of us feel that it is vain to consider our appearance too much, or we may find that when we look at ourselves, all we see are imperfections. Often we come to the mirror with expectations and preconceived notions about beauty that blind us from seeing ourselves clearly. As a result, we miss the beauty that is closest to us, the beauty we are. Sometimes we see our beauty in a shallow way, noticing how well we are conforming to social norms, but failing to see the deeper beauty that shines out from within and that will continue to shine regardless of how we measure up to society's ideal.
If we can cut through all these obstacles and simply appreciate how beautiful we are, we free up so much energy. We also become less dependent upon the opinions and feedback of others since we become our own greatest admirers. Many of us know that after a great yoga practice or a long, deep meditation, we are more able to see how beautiful we are. This is because we have released some of our baggage, thus unburdening ourselves and summoning forth the spirit that dwells within us. It is the heady combination of the divine spirit and the human body that conveys beauty more accurately than anything else.
To keep ourselves in touch with our own beauty, we can surround ourselves with images that reflect our beauty back to us--photos of a relative or child who has our eyes, images of teachers who embody spirit, or self-portraits that capture our essence in a way that allows us to see ourselves anew. The best way to keep ourselves in touch with our own beauty is to keep looking deeply into our own souls and opening our eyes to the human being we see in the mirror every day.

Words carry a lot of weight in this world, from how we say them to what we say with them, but it is through our actions that we bring things into being. This is what we mean when we say to one another that actions speak louder than words. In many cases, what we say doesn't necessarily line up with what we are doing, and it is here that it becomes clear that it's easier to talk about doing something than it is to actually do something. At the same time, it's easy to keep doing something that we don't necessarily acknowledge ourselves doing verbally. It's good for all of us to take a look every once and a while to make sure there is alignment between what we say and what we do.
For example, it's easy to talk about our dreams, but it takes a lot more energy to take the many small steps that lead to bringing our dreams into reality. If all we ever do is talk about it, we begin to lose faith in ourselves because nothing changes on the external level. In this way, being all talk and no action is actually a form of self-sabotage. It's also useful to examine our actions to see if, through them, we are following through on our words. For example, in expressing concern about the environment, we can look to make sure that we are taking the simple steps we can take to put that concern into action.
It's always helpful to observe what we talk about and who we say we are, and then to observe what we actually do in the world. Sometimes we realize our actions haven't caught up with what we are saying, and at other times we see that we might change our words in a way that it will more adequately reflect what we do in the world. Either way, the more we align our words and our deeds, the clearer we are in expressing our truth in the world, and the more powerful we are in bringing it into reality.
You may be prone to judge yourself too harshly, and feelings of self-consciousness could cause you to look at all you do with a highly critical eye. You may be more inclined to focus on your weaknesses rather than your strengths. You may be able to change your mode of thinking to a more positive one, however, by treating yourself the way you would treat others. Instead of holding yourself to a higher standard, allow yourself to succeed and fail with the same grace that you allow others. Your ability to be kind, when directed inward, can support you the way it supports your loved ones and friends. Treat yourself with loving respect today, and you will develop self-acceptance.
When we begin to treat ourselves with the same kindness and compassion we reserve for others, our self-doubt will fade away and be replaced with confidence. Accepting that you, like all people, will make mistakes can help you quickly recover from life's pitfalls, while celebrating your accomplishments will boost your self-confidence. Either way, you allow yourself and your actions to be worthy of your esteem. Being compassionate and kind with yourself means that you are supportive of your efforts, whether they result in mistakes or accomplishments. Treat yourself kindly today, and you'll gain the confidence that comes from your act of self-love.
Choose to be kind to yourself, say "no" to the blame, shame, beat yourself apart game, during times that you feel like the expression of you is less then what you perceive as acceptable... your every expression is enough..
