They may not have anyone to bounce thoughts of off.

They may be figuring out meals & eating alone. If they are eating.

They are going to bed alone

Waking up alone.

Spending the day alone.

Going to bed alone and awaking alone day after day after day with possibly no real physical interactions.

They may or may not have people who call and check on them.

They could very possibly be making big decisions outside of decisions they have made in the past due to the extremely unusual circumstances we are in right now.

They might have fears that could potentially be dissolved once given the chance to express them. And if not dissolved witnessed.

They may be lonely. Sad. Scared. Not sure how to reach out or express what they are experiencing.

Maybe even happy. Who knows.

Their life could potentially be a little bit brighter just to know that you cared enough to send them a text or call.

Social isolation and times of uncertainty pushes just about everyone to the edge.

Just think... your kindness could save a life.
