EXperiences and Expressions..

When a conversation starts out with "I am always a positive person..., " it's just about a guarantee that the next portion of the conversation will be spent listening to the person make right in their mind reasons why it's okay to not be positive right now...

People, NO ONE IS Happy and gleaming in rainbows, unicorns and fairy dust magic 100 % of the time!!! No one!!!

Give yourself permission to be human and by all means realize that the state you are currently in isn't permanent, it's simply an EXPERIENCE- and all you are doing is expressing yourself.. the core of you is always alright.. perfect infact!!!

expressing yourself is something that is flexible.. just think about the multitudes of ways you fluctuate between conversations. You certainly won't speak to a 2 year old in the same tone you address your 50 year old aunt. The way you express yourself to the postman is certainly different then how you express yourself to your best friend. The way you express yourself to a new neighbor will be a bit different then the way you express yourself to your mom.. you get it..

let yourself off the hook a bit more, you will be a heck of a lot happier!!!
