My lowerself is a Spiritual Badass..

"My lower self is a spiritual badass, she is Strong, courageous, witty, creative, determined, a survivor with a WILL that refuses to quite, she is full of strength, she has assisted me in surviving the darkest of times, without her I would NOT be ALIVE, she deserves credit for serving me during times of pure hell and utterly terrifying darkness and for taking all of the self abuse that I dished upon her as I beat myself up for seemingly past mistakes. She is worthy of honor."

I see her strength and goodness and choose to embrace her, for we are not separate beings, I can call upon her strength and wisdom at any point in time and if I embrace her, she will show me some of my greatest gifts.
