This week has been a wild collective energetic ride. I have experienced waves of sadness, confusion, anger, despair and I'm sure you might be experiencing some of the effects too. Recognize that much of what you are experiencing probably isn't yours. Do your best not to grab ahold of story lines that are destructive. Stay grounded and centered and remember, together we can bring about a more peaceful and loving world it starts inside of us, allow heavier emotions to flow in and flow, flow, flow, on out, there is no sense of holding onto any of them. As they pass remember to smile, your smiles are delightful.

I wanted to share with you a few tricks that I use that assist with being balanced ... Take a walk, soak in a warm salt bath, write, laugh, clean, yoga, I cry, crying is a excellent release, meditate, give a genuine compliment, smile, meet a friend for lunch, curl up to a good book, look up at the stars, count your blessings, focus on the goodness it's all around you..allow yourself to be loved and love.
